Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract administration.
- Measure quantities for tender preparation.
- Prepare documentation to source quotations.
- Handle pre-tender cost estimates and compile tender documents.
- Conduct tender exercises for subcontracting, including evaluation and awarding of contracts.
- Coordinate with the procurement team.
- Manage claims, variation orders, budget control, and final account settlements.
- Collaborate and provide support to the project team.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.
- Preferably with experience working for an A1/A2 Main contractor.
- Proficiency in GeBIZ or other e-procurement systems is a plus.
