Pastry Chef De Partie

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of Baked Goods: Prepare a variety of pastries, cookies, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
  • Independent Work: Work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Workflow Planning and Organization: Plan and organize your own work flow to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with bakers and other team members to maintain a smooth production process.
  • Initiative: Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and implement new ideas.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot problems independently and seek assistance when necessary.
  • Adherence to Standards: Maintain high standards of quality, sanitation, and food safety.
