STM is looking for a Third Party Onboarding Manager that will join in Global Procurement Organization in the Third-Party Management, Supplier Onboarding Team.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to Third Party Management (TPM) guiding principles and processes in daily operations.
  • Ensure the Third Party have full adherence and comply strictly to Company Policies and guidelines.
  • Manage daily backlog on new supplier onboarding for ST Microelectronics and the new Join Venture between ST and SANAN located in China.
  • Positively support and solve the issue encountered in the onboarding activities with third party.
  • Assess suppliers' documentation and information timely and in line with ST Policies to guarantee compliance.
  • Support suppliers and internal stakeholders with the use of TPM onboarding processes and tools (Ariba).
  • Efficiency in activity management ensuring Cycle time expectations and compliance is required as well as positive attitude.
  • Other additional support/activities related to Onboarding may be requested on demand.
  • Work in partnership within team of 5 (2 from Asia and 4 from Italy) and report to TPM onboarding team manager in Singapore.
  • Regular interaction and collaboration with Asia Third parties. E.g. China, Singapore, Taiwan

Candidate's Skills required:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Risk management (Ethics / Finance / Quality compliance check) or Purchasing organization.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Agile and result oriented
  • Dynamic, positive and collaborative mindset & approach
  • Team player, able to interface with people across the organization.
  • Microsoft package expertise (excel)
  • SAP/ERP system knowledge; SAP Ariba would be a +
