Our client, a leading listed company in the resource energy and industrial systems sector, is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead critical HR initiatives across the APAC region. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic HR projects such as job grading reviews, salary benchmarking, and compensation structures while gaining valuable regional exposure. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute HR projects, including job grading reviews, salary benchmarking, and compensation analysis for the APAC region.
- Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic guidance on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless onboarding/offboarding experience.
- Support and implement regional HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Manage the annual performance review cycle, including data preparation and analysis for salary increments and bonus distributions.
- Oversee payroll processing for Singapore and support regional compensation initiatives, including CPF submissions and tax declarations.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Liaise with external government bodies (MOM, IRAS, CPF) and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Provide expatriate management support, including work pass applications, housing, and tax declarations, while ensuring smooth coordination with HQ.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and contribute to business growth through the continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Assist with the budget planning process and prepare HR forecasts aligned with company goals.
- Offer administrative and logistic support for company-wide meetings, events, and business continuity planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification as IHRP-CA or IHRP-CP is preferred.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on HR projects, including salary reviews, job evaluations, and organizational development, preferably within the industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute strategic HR initiatives with regional exposure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in HR management systems such as Times Software and SAP SuccessFactors, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in a multinational or Japanese company is an advantage.
