About TFLO
TFLO is a construction startup with the aim to make a difference to the corporate/commercial construction sector, proudly operating under Singapore management. TFLO completed our beta testing in Sept 2024. Aligning with TFLO's Enterprise Architecture, our immediate focus is on consolidating our technological assets by bringing all Operational and IT Intellectual Property in-house, locking down all assets, ensuring full control and ownership of our innovations.
The Opportunity
- Technological Leadership: Lead the charge in bringing all TFLO's Operational and IT Intellectual Property back in-house, ensuring complete ownership and control of our innovations.
- Industry-Specific Innovation: Work alongside seasoned construction professionals to develop and implement technology solutions tailored to the unique challenges of the construction industry.
- Capability Building: Play a crucial role in building technological capabilities not just for TFLO, but for the broader construction sector in Singapore.
- Strategic Technology Integration: Learn how to pace the introduction of new technologies into the complex construction industry, balancing innovation with practical implementation.
- Local Talent Development: Contribute to the growth of local IT expertise in the construction tech space, aligning with our collaboration with WSG.
Initial Responsibilities
- Intellectual Property Transition:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to bring all Operational and IT IP in-house
Conduct a thorough audit of existing IP held by vendors
Ensure proper documentation and secure storage of all transitioned IP
- In-house Capability Building:
Assess current in-house technical capabilities and identify gaps
Develop and implement training programs to build internal expertise
Establish processes for ongoing maintenance and development of IP
- Future-proofing:
Work with Management to Assess and enhance the scalability and adaptability of transitioned IP
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in existing systems
Transitioning into new data pipelines through the use of Google DataFlow and visualise using Google
Looker.
Who are we looking for
- Strong background in software development
- Someone with the curiousity and hunger to dive into cutting edge Google technologies including Google Flutter/DART,Google Sites, Google Workspace, Google Dataflow and Google Looker Studio. Familiarity with IDE and related tools such as Visual Studio, GIT is expected.
