Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement quality standards for all programmes in the centre
- Manage staff performance
- Oversee staff development, training and mentorship programmes.
- Drive recruitment strategy
- Oversee student enrolment for the centre
- Build a positive network with parents and stakeholders
- Conduct daily health checks with students at the door
- Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to centre
- Ensure the safety of children within the premises
- Report enrolment, staffing and financial data to management
- Conduct stocktake and restocking of supplies
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma-Holder and above / WSQ Student-Care Certified / Possessing Qualifications in the field of community / social services is an advantage)
- Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and/or Mandarin
- At least 2 years of experience working with children. Those with supervisory experience will have an advantage
- Salary and position will commensurate with experience.
