Responsibilities
- Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC
- Gather user requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing solutions.
- Analyze user requirements to support the development and implementation of new systems and system enhancements.
- Perform documentation of requirements and new process/workflows for the developed solutions
- Oversee systems go live, including end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements
- Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport particularly in the area of defining IT processes, organizations and workflow relationships to complement the solution
Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Good understanding of programming languages, eg. SQL, Java, C++, C#, Python, .NET, JavaScript, etc
- Proficient in project management, as well as user and vendor relations.
- Experienced in supporting applications within a Microsoft Windows environment.
