Role Description
Process and TOM consultant to support implementation work under Pillar 2 (Process and Standards)
• Taking the SNG CLM TOM developed during the Planning phase, engage key stakeholders across 15 APAC branches to implement the TOM in the respective branches
• Using SNG TOM as a baseline to review and standardize the business process and TOM across the branches
• If branches are not able to adhere to the TOM due to regulatory requirements, document configuration changes in FenX
• Verification and validation of the Ui-UX requirements and design
• Data collection for project benefit calculation: Support data requirement definition and data collection that is occurring after implementation phase in order to document the project benefits
• Facilitate UAT, including the UAT plan creation, UAT scenarios and performing UAT, and signoff by respective branches
• Support User Operation Manual creation and reviewing, including the updates of process maps, creation of working instructions
• Plan and support user trainings.
Primary Skillset (must have):
1. Facilitate workshops to implement TOM in respective branches according to project plan
2. Conduct process analysis to identify any gaps or changes needed to meet local regulatory requirements
3. Design and propose process changes and solutions
4. Liaise with IT and Fenergo on required system changes and check-in with respective branches as necessary to ensure the accuracy of those required changes
5. Good collaboration with project teams and stakeholders
6. Some understanding of CLM/KYC systems, preferably on Fenergo implementation
Good to Have :
1. Good knowledge of Fenergo and FenX platform
2. Experience with CLM and KYC projects
