Responsibilities:
- Drive design specifications & support for the design proposal.
- Detailed design for precision customize automation equipment.
- Generate detailed 3D/2D CAD drawing with Autodesk Inventor
- Generate and release of a full set of design documentation.
- Perform tolerance stack-up and analyses on design parameters
- Work with internal on DFM, generate assembly processes and qualification procedures including documentation.
- Hands-on prototype assembly, testing, and qualification inclusive of troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the project timeline and budget adheres to and all design requirements are specified and delivered.
- Source, evaluate, procure mechanical & process components.
- Implementation of documentation control and database system.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 3 years in designing automation equipment
- Familiar with pneumatics and motion components
- Experience in DFM and DFA
- Good knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
- Must be proficient in 2D/3D AutoCAD
