Job Description:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading business analysis efforts in Agile projects with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations. You will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and guide project execution, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate is a Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner with Salesforce certifications and a proven ability to drive successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
· Apply deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide the design, development, and implementation of the system.
· Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring efficient execution of Agile methodologies.
· Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, working closely with the development team to ensure successful delivery.
· Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that all requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
· Conduct testing and validation of solutions, ensuring that the final product meets business needs and complies with Salesforce best practices.
· Provide guidance and support in the adoption and optimization of Salesforce functionalities across the organization.
· Assist in training and user adoption efforts, creating user manuals and conducting training sessions where necessary.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
At least a Diploma, with preference for candidates who graduated from Business School, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other Engineering disciplines.
Professional Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent role in Agile projects.
· Strong experience working on Salesforce projects, with a thorough understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
Certifications:
· Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
· Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
· Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101) certification.
Preferred Skills:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Experience with Agile project management tools and methodologies.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team, showing initiative and leadership in driving project success
