ICT Operations Manager (Government Sector / Infra project / AWS Cloud)

- Remuneration Package: Up to $9,000 + AWS
We are looking for experience ICT operations manager with a knack for analyzing complex ICT challenges and proposing effective solutions, coupled with strong communication skills to seamlessly coordinate across teams.
Responsibilities:
What you will be working on:
- Responsible for the ICT infrastructure aspects of the projects from initiation to implementation
- Study business and application requirements, review organizational ICT infrastructure as well as design and implement the ICT architecture to meet current and future requirements
- Manage the designated vendor and ICT contract to ensure the designated vendor meets contractual obligations, leading to successful delivery of the project
- Ensures Infrastructure requirements are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives and propose areas of improvement.
- Accountable for coordination, status reporting and ensure the technical infrastructure and system resources all are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet project teams’ expectations.
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of project team.
- Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in ICT infrastructure
- At least 5 ICT infrastructure operations with technical experise in on-prem / cloud sytem
- Good hands-on experience in AWS and Azure Cloud services including IaaS, SaaS and PaaS.
- Strong skills in system vulnerability and CIS compliance management, project and Vendor management.
- Experienced in working in government sector is an added advantage.
