We are seeking anSoftware Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance.
- Working Hours: 12 hours (Rotating shift)
- Working Location: Central
- You are required to work on 12 hours shift basis (8am-8pm / 8pm-8am)
- Salary up to $4000 (basic) + AWS + VB (average 2-3 months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support application performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement enhancements.
- Create and maintain documentation related to application support processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in application support or technical support roles.
- Familiarity with application monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Experienced in basic Java and SQL.
