Job Description:

Users with technical issues and help improve system performance. You will work closely with both technical teams and business users to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

· Assist with Java application development and troubleshooting.

· Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.

· Provide technical support to users, addressing system issues and working to enhance overall system performance.

Functional Support:

· Translate business needs into technical requirements.

· Collaborate with users and developers to improve system processes and functionality.

· Test and ensure new features meet business requirements.

Problem Solving:

· Diagnose and fix technical issues related to Java applications and SQL databases.

· Analyse operational issues and suggest areas for improvement.

Teamwork:

· Communicate effectively with technical teams and business users to ensure smooth information flow.

· Contribute to system improvements and process automation efforts.

Skills and Requirements:

· Proficient in Java and Cobol Mainframe programming.

· Strong experience with SQL databases and query writing.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· A team player, with a desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
