We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies that will drive brand growth and consumer engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of digital marketing, design skills, and a passion for creating impactful campaigns. Experience with SEO/SEM and marketing tools like Photoshop, Canva, and Photopea is essential. A background in marketing agencies is a bonus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns that align with company goals, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Utilize SEO/SEM best practices to optimize our digital presence and manage online campaigns. Track performance using tools such as Google Analytics, and make data-driven decisions to enhance ROI.
- Content Creation & Design: Create visually engaging content for digital platforms using design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and Photopea. Ensure all creative assets align with the brand’s tone and style.
- Campaign Management: Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, PPC, and display advertising. Manage campaign timelines and budgets effectively, both online and offline.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to inform marketing strategies and improve performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Agency Collaboration: If applicable, manage external marketing agencies and freelancers to support specific projects or initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within a marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, Photopea, and other design tools.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in working with or managing marketing agencies is a plus.
