Job Scope:
- Oversee the running of the Senior Care Centre and supervise daily routines such as meal preparation, preparing clients for activities, reviews of clients and cleaning duties of care staff.
- Work closely with nurse and care staff to ensure clients specific needs (ADLs) are met.
- Direct, guide and participate in the orientation and training of new staff and provide ongoing training and monitoring of care staff.
- Responsible to resolve, report and follow up for incidents and complaints received in the centre related to staff, clients and volunteers.
- Work with Centralised Team to ensure accurate billing and charges for clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of communications, assessment and processes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree, preferably in healthcare discipline, eg: nursing / allied health
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical area such as acute or community hospital with 2 years of leadership experience
- Experience in community care provision is an added advantage
