- Analyze and optimize HR data for accuracy.
- Implement data standards for consistent HR data.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders on data needs.
- Troubleshoot data issues with IT team.
- Improve data processes to meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum Dip/Deg in Human Resource with at least 2-5 years of relevant HR Operations, HRIS, HR Analytics.
- Prior working experience in data optimization and new HR system roll out projects is an advantage.
- Experience in Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP and other HR platforms is an advantage.
