Job Scope:
- Responsible for the enhancement of Digital Enablement & Transformation (DET) in the organization, in particular software applications used by clinic end users and patients, eg: Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR), Electronic Queue Management System (eQMS), mobile applications such as Health Hub etc
- Represent the department in end users in User Acceptance Tests (UAT), End-to-End Testing (E2E) to ensure the interoperability of interdependent IT systems
- Work closely with other user departments and third-party vendors to ensure IT system readiness
- Achieve higher digital adoption rate by undertaking enhancements on key functionalities of IT / mobile applications to improve their overall performances, user-friendliness and intuitiveness
- Work closely with internal departments to analyse, identify and implement solutions to improve outcomes in the Key Focus Areas such as Workforce Transformation and Tech Enablers
- Support department in achieving the set KPIs and HQ’s strategic and tactical plans and deliverables
Job Requirements:
- A recognised Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in IT domain supporting operations
- Able to work well in a team-based environment with a pro-active mindset in problem-solving and solution implementation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
