Responsibilities:
- Administer leave and claim matters
- Administer Training and Development related matters
- Liaise with various HR vendors, eg insurance brokers, memberships etc
- Responsible for welfare activities and benefits programme which include company annual dinner, employee day and etc
- Handles EHS and office administration
- Support in recruitment and selection as and when needed
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least a Nitec / Diploma
- Good interpersonal skill and time management
