HR Admin Assistant (6 months maternity cover)

Responsibilities:

  • Administer leave and claim matters
  • Administer Training and Development related matters
  • Liaise with various HR vendors, eg insurance brokers, memberships etc
  • Responsible for welfare activities and benefits programme which include company annual dinner, employee day and etc
  • Handles EHS and office administration
  • Support in recruitment and selection as and when needed
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least a Nitec / Diploma
  • Good interpersonal skill and time management
