· Follow up and convert motor insurance renewals for existing and new customers.
· Cross-sell other general insurance products to customers.
· Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the Salesforce system.
· Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry regulations.
· Collaborate with the coworkers/ insurers/respective stakeholder to develop strategies for revenue growth.
· Ensure appropriate sales processes are followed and compliance is adhered.
· Being customer-centric by gathering customers' feedback, ideas, and suggestions to bring the team/organization closer to our customers.
