Main Responsibilities:
- Office Setup and Operations: Responsible for leasing, decorating, and arranging the office to ensure a comfortable and efficient working environment.
- Administrative Management: Formulate and implement daily administrative management systems and processes for the company; arrange the CEO's schedule; handle company registration and annual audit-related matters.
- Human Resource Management: Conduct local staff recruitment and allocation; purchase Central Provident Fund, work injury insurance, and medical insurance; handle payroll matters.
- Tax Management: Declare Skills Development Levy and handle other tax-related matters.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- Major in Human Resource Management, Administrative Management, Financial Management, or related fields.
- Possess over 3 years of working experience, with comprehensive experience in human resources, administration, and finance being a plus.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, capable of independently completing multiple tasks and challenges.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to use them as working languages.
- Singaporean citizen or permanent resident.
