- Maintain regular communication with vendors to provide updates on business activities.
- Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking client(s).
- Provide administrative support.
- Manage emails, forwarding documents, and coordinate operations.
- Perform data entry and maintain filing systems.
- Handle purchase orders (PO), issue delivery orders (DO), invoices, and related documents.
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly reports.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
