Admin Assistant
- Responsible for administrative, clerical & stock inventory
- Preparing, handling, and managing documents & filing
- Assist in HR admin, filing & documentation
- Assist in licensing or any government requirements documentation|
- Handling company stocks & inventory,
- Assist to receive stock deliveries & assure proper filing
- Carry out clerical duties such as filing, coping, scanning, answering phone calls, etc
- Excellent communication skills
- Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Hard-working, good organization & scheduling
- Preferably able to speak Mandaring, to converse in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking staff
- Neat & organize in filing
- Able to work under pressure
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required
- Working hours: Mon - Fri 9.30 am - 6.30 pm (any Saturdays whenever necessary)
