As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of HR operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, recruiting and onboarding top talent, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and new hire orientation.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage employee relations issues and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and data.
- Lead and participate in HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement workforce planning strategies to support organizational growth and success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance HR effectiveness.
Qualifications / Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 year of experience in HR role.
· Understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
