- Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
- Ensure all materials and workmanship meet the required standards and specifications.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on the construction site.
- Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
- Prepare and submit reports on project status, costs, and any issues or delays.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on construction progress and challenges.
Requirements
- Required language(s): Chinese, English (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates).
- Graduate with no experience welcome.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Good team player and problem solver.
