Job Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Maintain a deep understanding of program objectives, particularly in relation to medical and clinical content.
- Monitor program compliance, ensuring adherence to company protocols, SOPs, and industry regulations by conducting regular quality checks on staff work.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address issues related to workflows, resource allocation, and program development.
- Develop and update client reports, procedural documents, and other program-related documentation to ensure accurate communication and transparency.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of customer care staff to ensure a high quality service delivery to customers.
- Oversee staff performance management, including setting goals, performance reviews, coaching, etc.
- Involve in recruitment process for new hires, onboarding and retention process
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement:Serve as the main liaison between clients, program staff, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Attend and contribute to meetings with clients and stakeholders, addressing operational concerns and discussing new program initiatives.
- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively identifying and resolving issues that may impact program success.
- Training & Quality Assurance:Lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for staff, ensuring that all team members are equipped to meet the demands of their roles.
- Maintain training records and ensure all staff are up to date on required certifications and skill sets.
- Participate in or conduct quality reviews for clinical and medical work as needed, utilizing healthcare expertise.
- Operational Support:Provide hands-on support to front-line staff, assisting with medical inquiries, adverse event documentation, and product complaints as needed.
- Step in as a healthcare professional to manage service delivery when required, particularly in clinical areas.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, LifeScience, Nursing or similar discipline
- Minimum 5 years of team leading experience within the healthcare environment is preferred
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin as the role involves managing and supporting Mandarin speaking clients in China.
