Jobs Description:
Manage daily site operations and supervise a
team of construction workers to carry out
according to approved drawings or
instructions.
Report to Construction Manager and Site
Engineer.
Overall in charge of site coordination
Ensure that all site works are complying with
safety standards and processes.
Carry out inspection to ensure quality and
acceptability of works to resolve and monitor
rectification works as necessary.
Ensuring that the works are carried out to
schedule and in accordance to relevant
regulations
Work closely with clients, as their representative and ensure effective delivery within the expected time, cost and quality objectives
Project planning and scheduling to reportonthe progress and quality of works on site.
Jobs Requirement:
Must have more than 2 years Site Supervisor works experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience in local Construction industry as Site Supervisor,
Possess certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS)
Supervisory experience in foundation & structural works on site
Able to work independently with apositive attitude
