Our client, one of world’s largest financial services institutions is looking for:
DevOps Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and manage secure, scalable, and efficient cloud-based systems on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using GCP services such as Compute Engine, App Engine, Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud Storage
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) and other security measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions
- Optimize system performance, monitoring, and logging using GCP tools like Stackdriver and Cloud Monitoring
- Stay up-to-date with GCP innovations and best practices, applying expertise to continuously improve cloud architecture
Requirements:
- Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Developer or Cloud Architect certification
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, migration, and deployment
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP ) or on-premises infrastructure
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes
