- Assist to lead, supervise and motivate Technician and Associate Engineers.
- Supervise, provide technical advice, solutions and recommendations to maintenance team.
- Provide technical services, installation, troubleshooting CCTV, PA Systems, Card Access, and any other Security Systems.
- Lead and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
- Readily to be deployed in Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and any enhancement projects.
- Follow Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records as applicable.
- Be available for on call and standby duty procedures and other responsibilities required.
- Maintain records of breakdowns and repairs in compliance with ISO standards.
- Committed to attend to any operational and maintenance issues.
- Review the system of existing contract and propose for enhancement or upgrading, as necessary.
- Involve in preparation of proposal and quotation for enhancement job.
- Involve in variation/enhancement orders of existing maintenance contract that includes necessary document preparation, submission, installation, procurement, liaising with contractor, customer, testing and commissioning.
- Conduct training and develop training material for the variation job and maintenance job.
- Assist supervisor in ensuring all corrective maintenance is attended and rectified based in SLA, all preventive maintenance is carried out based on the maintenance schedule and all reports are submitted timely.
- Review and recommend any work process for continuous improvement of maintenance operation
- To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times.
- Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve Company’s KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly.
