Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and service our facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that our mechanical and electrical systems are functioning optimally through routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely troubleshooting. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Building Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and repairs on building systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on M&E systems, including cooling towers and chillers.
- Supervision & Reporting: Supervise contractors during repair and testing services and report any irregularities promptly.
- Fault Management: Respond to fault reports, customer service requests, and breakdowns efficiently.
- Documentation: Accurately maintain logs, schedules, and reports, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
