This position is to provide support, guidance and quality assurance for MindChamps Music teachers and the integration of MindChamps Music into our Allied Care (Early Intervention) programming.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting curriculum and programme development
- Creating lesson plans for MindChamps Music integration into Allied Care centres
- Visiting and assessing the capabilities of teachers in MindChamps Music procedures and principles
- Providing support in training and upskilling of Allied Care centres' Music Teachers
- Identifying areas of best practice and working with existing testing instruments to ensure quality delivery
- Working with MindChamps Music and Allied Care professionals to ensure the best educational and personal outcomes for the students, teachers and programmes
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Special Needs Education/Early Intervention OR Music
- Experience as a Music Therapist will be highly advantageous
- Min Grade 5 in music theory
- Min Grade 6 in individual instrument
