ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (5 days office hours)

Responsibilities:

  • Scan and archive documents including archival of original hardcopy documents
  • Document Quality Checking of Scanning and Indexing and final output
  • Check if there are any double feeding between the rollers, remove paper jam and perform simple cleaning of rollers
  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and ensuring a tidy work environment.
  • Scheduling: Organize and maintain calendars for executives or managers, arrange meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Documentation: Prepare, file, and manage documents, records, and correspondence. This can include reports, presentations, and other office paperwork.
  • Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate data in various systems or databases

Requirements:

  • Display of good communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of basic PC skills - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
  • Prior mail inserting experience is an added advantage.
  • An understanding of priorities and ability to meet datelines.
  • Ability to assume responsibility for assigned tasks
