Responsibilities:
- Scan and archive documents including archival of original hardcopy documents
- Document Quality Checking of Scanning and Indexing and final output
- Check if there are any double feeding between the rollers, remove paper jam and perform simple cleaning of rollers
- Office Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and ensuring a tidy work environment.
- Scheduling: Organize and maintain calendars for executives or managers, arrange meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Documentation: Prepare, file, and manage documents, records, and correspondence. This can include reports, presentations, and other office paperwork.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate data in various systems or databases
Requirements:
- Display of good communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of basic PC skills - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
- Prior mail inserting experience is an added advantage.
- An understanding of priorities and ability to meet datelines.
- Ability to assume responsibility for assigned tasks
