Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to penetrate new markets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote products and services.
- Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably within the construction or industrial sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
