1YEAR CONTRACT RENEWABLE ADMIN ASSISTANT (OFFICE HOURS)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive, direct, and relay phone messages from staff, parents, and the general public.
  • Assist and guide students, visitors, and the general public.
  • Provide general administrative assistance, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, scanning documents, and photocopying.
  • Oversee and maintain the inventory of office supplies, including school stationery and toiletries.
  • Help prepare refreshments for guests.
  • Perform any additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Admin Manager and School Leaders.

Qualifications:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with knowledge of proper phone etiquette.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
