Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, direct, and relay phone messages from staff, parents, and the general public.
- Assist and guide students, visitors, and the general public.
- Provide general administrative assistance, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, scanning documents, and photocopying.
- Oversee and maintain the inventory of office supplies, including school stationery and toiletries.
- Help prepare refreshments for guests.
- Perform any additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Admin Manager and School Leaders.
Qualifications:
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with knowledge of proper phone etiquette.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
