Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant QA experience
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in training & development, or similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of software development processes
- Familiar with various Microsoft Office Suites especially PPT.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure
Job Description:
- Lead the QA process, providing guidance to the team
- Analyze system specifications and create test strategies and plans
- Conduct manual and automated testing, ensuring top product quality
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance software quality
- Log and document testing phases, reporting errors as needed
- Provide feedback on improving software design and performance
- Stay current with emerging tools and technologies in QA
- Manage, review and develop the QA scoring matrix, evaluation assessment and conduct deep analysis in order to provide insights to stakeholders on team performance
