Role Summary:
Join the IT Infrastructure and Operations team to help improve communication within the company. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth internal and external communication, supporting the team’s efforts to maintain and modernize IT systems across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage communication strategies that fit the team’s needs.
- Set up and manage tools for communication (like M365).
- Develop easy-to-use templates for internal and external communications.
- Work with different teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
- Share important updates on time through various platforms.
- Help team members understand new communication tools through training.
- Track how well communication is working and make improvements as needed.
- Ensure timely completion of communication projects.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in creating communication strategies in a company setting.
- Familiarity with communication tools and platforms (M365 is a plus).
- Basic design skills to create simple templates.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to track and improve communication efforts based on feedback.
