Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing the sales operations as main point of contact and account manager for a set of hospital pharmacies (re-structured and polyclinics)
- Conduct regular visits to accounts to review performance, address issues, and explore opportunities.
- Development and implementation of activities to grow the business of customers
- Monthly sales forecasting
- Monthly trade spend forecasting and reconciliation
- Negotiations, pricing and agreements with customers
- Provide product knowledge and training to pharmacy staff to ensure effective product utilisation and customer service
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Job Requirements
- Experience in account management in the FMCG industry
- Experience managing hospital pharmacies is an advantage
