Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Application Development Manager to lead our Application development team. This role involves managing projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality application software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Application developers and IT project Management.
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements.
- Continuously improve development processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Experience with these application technologies (e.g., Oracle, SAP, CodeIgniter, PHP, SQL, JIRA, Devops, Change Management).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Application development and project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
