Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using Solidworks.
- Draft components and assemblies, primarily focusing on valves and machines.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and the project department to translate concepts into technical drawings.
- Visit our warehouse to measure and gather data, ensuring accuracy in all drafts.
- Assist the project department at sites when necessary, providing technical support and modifications on-site.
- Report directly to the R&D Manager, providing regular updates and insights on project progress.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Solidworks with a strong portfolio of 3D models, particularly in industrial components such as valves and machinery.
- Experience with technical drafting and a solid understanding of engineering principles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce highly accurate technical drawings and assembly drawings.
- Knowledge of material properties and manufacturing processes relevant to the industry.
- Good communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with engineers, managers, and other teams.
- Flexibility and willingness to visit both the warehouse and sites as required.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and regulations when working on-site.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Certification or formal training in drafting or mechanical design.
- Familiarity with other CAD software and tools.
