Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, compile, and analyze HR metrics and reports, including turnover rates, headcount, and employee engagement statistics.
- Oversee the employee offboarding process, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and oversee the promotion process, communicate promotion decisions and updates to employees, and facilitate the implementation of new roles and responsibilities.
- Address various staffing-related issues, including annual policy reviews, SOP evaluations, maintenance of employee data in the SAP system, and other related tasks.
- Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Undertake additional ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Requires knowledge and understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations, such as the Employment Act and regulations set forth by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP systems and Excel.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on staffing related matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Seniority level depends on experiences.
