Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing: Accurately process and manage invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Customer Communication: Respond to phone calls and emails from customers, providing clear and helpful information.
- Customer Redirection: Redirect inquiries to appropriate departments when necessary to ensure efficient resolution.
- Order Monitoring: Track customer orders and monitor sell-through rates to maintain continuous stock availability.
- Inventory Management: Order and manage supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
- New Account Setup: Handle the onboarding process for new accounts, including establishing payment and logistics terms.
- Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with various teams to meet delivery schedules and minimize credit risks.
- Order Processing: Process orders within the agreed credit limit and manage backorders and forward orders effectively.
- Customer Support: Provide top-tier customer service to support Key Account management throughout the order-to-delivery process.
Role Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in sales account management and customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in analytical, numerical, and Excel skills.
- A commercial mindset focused on identifying and implementing effective solutions.
Salary up to $2,800.00 depending on experience and qualification
