Job Descriptions
- Prepare and bake various types of bread, including sourdough, baguettes, rolls, and specialty loaves.
- Follow and develop recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in all products.
- Measure and mix ingredients to form dough, including the operation of mixers and other bakery equipment.
- Monitor and adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking.
- Shape and mold dough into desired forms.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other bakers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist in the development of new bread recipes and products.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in baking
- Familiar with baking Viennoiserie and Sourdough
Working Hours
- 6 days work week / 10 hrs per day inclusive of break
- Monday is off
