About the Role

We are looking for a candidate who is able to show a high degree of empathy towards clients needs and design solutions for the client. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle from pre-sales engagement, order taking, confirmation of design, pre and post installation sales follow up. They should be confident with building new client relationship and have a high sense of understanding of what client wants.

About the Responsibilities

  1. Develop systematic business development plan to drive sales together with company management.
  2. Empathies with home owners on their noise issue and craft proposes for client to solve their issue.
  3. Create and upkeep company CRM bases database to ensure leads are well taken care of.

For B2B Track:

  1. Develop B2B business by identifying, engaging, and securing working partners in the construction and interior design industry (ID firms, architects, and main contractors) to sell our products and services to their client base.
  2. Source small to medium sized projects for the company from corporate customers such as offices, restaurants, co-working centers, tuition centers etc.
  3. Maintain relationships with potential partners and clients.

For B2C Track:

  1. Engage with potential clients and understand their pain points
  2. Convince & educate potential client on Noise Plaster's USP

About the values suitable for the role:

1. Successful track record in business development or sales roles will be a strong advantage. New graduates or mid-career change are welcome to apply too.

2. Candidates already in the windows, interior design and or construction industry would be at a strong advantage

3. Positive, results-driven attitude and approach.

4. Self starter with high levels initiative and drive; able to work in an SME environment as part of a team without constant supervision.

5. Willing to learn and pick up new technical knowledge on soundproof windows, as well as adopting technology in the sales function.

6. A strong sense of empathy towards clients needs.

Remuneration:

Basic salary from S$2,500 depending on experience, plus transport allowance and attractive commisions on revenue brought in to the company.
