Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial reporting and accounting operations for Singapore entities.
- Ensure timely management and statutory financial reporting, accompanied by thorough financial analysis.
- Manage cash flow planning and banking operations.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Develop, update, and implement policies and processes to adapt to business changes while ensuring effective controls.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Ministry of Law - PSPM, ROP & AML).
- Handle annual insurance renewals and coverage.
- Coordinate with banks, external auditors, tax consultants, and corporate secretarial agents.
- Establish new entities and plan their accounting structures.
- Perform any other ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or CPA qualification or any relevant field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
- Prior experience in hands on full spectrum finance function and operational accounting would be an added advantaged.
