Digital Services Delivery Leader & Pre-Sales Support

Primary Responsibilities:


Service Delivery Leadership:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Manage delivery teams, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and ensure high standards of service quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, technical teams, and product development, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Pre-Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise and solution design during the pre-sales phase.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and align them with appropriate digital solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, solution architecture, and delivery plans to customers.
  • Assist in the development of RFPs/RFIs and contribute to pricing strategies by offering insights on delivery costs and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients during both the delivery and pre-sales phases to ensure expectations are met.
  • Risk & Resource Management:
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Oversee resource allocation, ensuring that project teams are staffed appropriately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  1. Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or Agile) are a plus.
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital service delivery, project management, or a related role.
    • Proven experience in pre-sales support, including solution design and technical proposal development.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
  3. Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of digital services and technologies (e.g., cloud computing, software development, data analytics).
    • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  4. Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and identify opportunities.
    • Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate delivery teams.
  5. Risk & Resource Management:
    • Experience in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
    • Ability to manage resource allocation effectively and efficiently.
  6. Customer-Centric Mindset:
    • A track record of aligning services with customer needs and expectations.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  7. Strategic Thinking:
    • Strong business acumen to understand client objectives and align digital solutions accordingly.
    • Ability to contribute insights to pricing strategies and delivery cost estimation.
