JOB BRIEF
We're seeking a creative and versatile Junior Design & Media Executive to join our team! As a key player in our marketing efforts, you'll design and develop captivating visual content across various media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop visual content (graphic design, web design, animation, video production, advertising, branding)
2. Meet with managers/clients to determine project focus
3. Plan and create content, choosing fonts, colors, and styles
4. Maintain consistent style across all mediums
5. Present drafts and incorporate feedback
6. Update content using specialized graphic design software
7. Perform basic computer coding for web design and user interfaces
8. Develop and design content for social media, email marketing, and website updates
9. Analyze Google Analytics reports
10. Conduct surveys to understand customer needs
11. Monitor campaign performance and submit reports
12. Collaborate with media vendors on promotional activities
13. Assist in preparing marketing budgets and tracking expenses
Requirements:
1. Diploma/Degree in Design, Web, Graphic, Creative Multimedia, or Social Media
2. 0-2 years of related experience (entry-level/fresh graduate role)
3. Strong presentation, communication, and design skills
4. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (advantageous)
5. Understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics
6. Team player with positive attitude, high accuracy, and efficiency
7. Self-directed fast learner with passion for marketing growth
