Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with business leader to understand their talent development and learning needs.
- Develop and execute online and offline learning material based on stakeholder and organisation need.
- Design and develop the succession planning plan to groom future leader.
- Define KPI to monitor learning, talent development and other related result.
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma holder with 8 – 10 years of experiences in talent management, organization development, or other related people field.
- Proven track record in design and implement onsite and online L&D initiatives.
- Ability to work in tight schedule.
