As part of the communications team that guards the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre’s (AMC’s) profile as a trusted leader in healthcare, you will be primarily responsible for working with internal stakeholders on employee communications. This includes content creation (articles, videos etc) for integrated communications efforts, and ensuring the timely dissemination of the content.
You will also develop communications strategies and conceptualise campaigns to promote staff wellness initiatives and programmes, which includes the production of a full suite of collaterals such as publicity materials, bulletins, and digital and social media content.
In addition, you will be assigned to special projects and you are expected to manage such projects from conceptualisation to execution, including a post-mortem review of the project.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communications with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Adept at project and events management
- Familiarity with trends and use of social and digital media as an internal communications tool and/or prior experience in design and social media content creation would be advantageous
- Creative and resourceful team player with good interpersonal skills
