We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Operations Manager to support our Managing Director (MD) in various operational, administrative, and project management capacities. The successful candidate will act as a crucial liaison between the MD and the management team, ensuring effective communication and seamless execution of key projects and initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-level executive support.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
· Serve as a primary point of contact and bridge between the MD and the management team, facilitating clear and effective communication, ensuring alignment and close tracking of issues/actions.
· Manage the MD’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and other engagements.
· Prepare and organize meeting notes, action items, reports, and presentations to support the MD’s activities.
· Lead and oversee org-wide projects as directed by the MD, ensuring timely and successful completion.
· Monitor progress on key initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to the MD and relevant stakeholders.
· Identify potential issues or roadblocks, propose solutions, and implement alternatives to keep projects on track.
· Streamline and optimize office and meeting operations and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
· Support company-wide internal communication sessions, such as townhalls, ensuring the smooth flow of information to employees.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
· 7+ years of experience in project management and/or executive support preferably within the tech or professional services industry.
· Proven track record of managing high-level executive support, process improvements and project management of strategic initiatives.
· Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with an aptitude for stakeholder management.
