Our client, an established logistics company providing services in Healthcare Logistics Transport Solutions, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for all operational activities on the assigned principal/ customer accounts (Healthcare/ Medical)
- Be the main point of contact for assigned customers; liaise and work closely with them to design processes that facilitates smooth operations and resolutions of issues
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with customers; conduct regular meetings with customers to review service performance and ensure service level meet the requirements
- Identify and seek improvement opportunities for efficient operations
- Lead and manage the implementation of these projects with quantifiable deliverables to meet or exceed customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage the team of customer service and warehouse personnel
- Manage the P&L of the assigned accounts; seek for opportunities to grow the accounts
- Other duties as required
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare logistics firm
- Proficient in SAP will be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of distribution, warehousing and logistics concepts
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
