Responsibilities:
· Lead design and development of Oracle KYC solutions with offshore teams.
· Provide input on OFSAA KYC architecture and solution design.
· Manage and resolve escalated incidents within SLAs.
· Collaborate with vendors and partners on solution integration.
· Ensure proper testing and implementation of system changes.
· Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Skills and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in technology or engineering.
· 5+ years working with AML systems and Oracle KYC modules.
· 8+ years in enterprise-level application delivery, preferably in Financial Services.
· Expertise in KYC risk calculations and Oracle OFSAA data models.
· Proficient in PL/SQL and troubleshooting KYC system issues.
· Knowledge of big data platforms (Hadoop, cloud) is a plus.
